Psychometric Assessments
Psychometric assessments are tools for measuring the mind ('metric' = measure and 'psycho' = mind). There have been two traditional types of psychometric assessment measuring ability and personality. However, there are some emerging assessments (with substantiated validity and reliability checks) that are based on measuring preferences in individuals). They fall somewhere in between the two.
